Captain Reminders:
 

• You only have 2 weeks to get all of your teams fee's paid. As of right now there are only 4 teams that are under the allowed $64 that you can owe the league.

• All captains should have received their folders this past week. Let us know other wise.

• We want to welcome all new players and to our Open-Mix league:

   
    1. If you had new players that did not have established averages then you use the same average for the first two times they play (male 9.00, female 7.00). After they have played twice then you start to use the average listed on the stats.
 
    2. For all players that have previous existing averages, start using whatever average is on the stats for these players. Do not use the averages from the average list anymore. All current averages for these players are on the stats.
 
    3. In regards to BCA sanctioning...if you were sanctioned in an other BCA sanctioned league other than one of DVPL's then let us know so that we don't sanction you again. You only have to pay the sanctioning fee once a (BCA) year (June 1st - May 31st).
 
    4. All fees are due by the 4th week of league (2/7/12). $30 per player if you are already BCA sanctioned, $45 if you are not. The penalty for going over the allowed amount ($64) you can owe the league is 1 round point for every week you are over. If you have alternate players on your team please let us know who they are so we can charge your teams fees accordingly. If you don't tell us then everyone is being charged. (An alternate player only owes fees if they are going to play 4 weeks or more.
