WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT AT FARRINGTONS FEB 09

   The Diablo valley women's league started their series of promotional women's tournaments last Feb. 15th at Farrington's bar in pleasant hill. With an excellent turnout 22 women showed up to the event and it ran for the whole afternoon until evening time.

Stacy Wilson had an excellent afternoon getting to the catbird undefeated while new members of the league, sisters Denise and Darnell Domingo's worked their way through  the loser  brackets  to  finally get a chance to play for the catbird against Stacy.

Let me take a moment to welcome our new members who have joined Kristen's team and are making their presence felt around the league. They play out of Emeryville and both and excellent players  and just love to play pool and 'party'".

'Denise Domingo dominated the action against   Stacy  Wilson by  playing excellent pool and coming back from the looser bracket to  take the top prize.

Congratulation to all the women that showed up to shoot. Dvpool offered pizza to the league members, The event was a total success.
